The Funeral Service will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Short Heath, on Thursday, December 7, at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Willenhall Lawn Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations if desired are appreciated to be divided between Marie Curie Cancer Care and Macmillan Cancer Care c/o Pauline's Family.
