Sadly passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 14, 2015, aged 67 years.

Funeral Service to take place on Friday, December 4, 2015, at St. Mark's Church, Tipton at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Tipton Cemetery at 2.30pm.

Everybody welcome afterwards at Tipton Sports Academy Social Club, Tipton.
