Very loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

Greatly loved, greatly missed.

Funeral Service to be held at St James Church, Church Road, Brownhills, on Thursday, March 28, 2013, at 2.15pm, followed by Cremation at Streetly Crematorium.

All Friends welcome.

Close Family flowers only.

Donations will be accepted c/o Air ambulance and a box will be placed in Church or can be handed to David Smith.
