SURGENOR

Noel Alexander Of Stirchley, Telford.

Passed away peacefully at the Princess Royal Hospital on September 14, 2024, aged 78 years.

Beloved Husband of Rana, devoted Dad to Claire and Martyn, Father-in-law to Jim and Vicky, much loved Grandad to Lewis and Jacob and a cherished Ampsie to Vivien, Teddy and Matilda.

Noel walked through life with a gentle strength and leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness.

He will be fondly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 10.30am on Friday, October 11 at Telford Crematorium.

In lieu of flowers, the Family requests donations be made to the Stroke Association and the SaTH Swan End of Life Care fund.

To the Colleague and Friend who Changed my Life

Noel, Little did I realise, when I started working with you in 1988, that you would change my life. Until March 1989, when you organised a bit of fun at the Meole Brace Municipal Golf Course, I had no intention of playing golf. After that, I was hooked. I often think of our golf trips to the Algarve and Scotland and how you guided me in my early years of playing the game that I still play and enjoy, mostly, to this day. I am only sorry that I did not get to play enough rounds with you and that I will not be able to say “Goodbye” to you on the 11th October but I will raise a glass of Guinness in your honour. Thank you for the memories and enriching my life. Martyn Spettigue
