BEATTIE (Kintore) Peacefully at his home on July 6, 2024, Dr James Alexander Gordon Beattie, MA, MBChB, FRCGP, FRCPEdin, DRCOG, aged 81 years, cherished husband and soul mate of Jenny who predeceased him by fifteen bravely borne years; beloved father of Victoria, Alastair, Michael and Richard; a much loved grandfather of six, a dear brother, cousin and friend to many. A celebration of his life will take place at Barra Castle Barn, on Tuesday, July 16, at 12 noon, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. A reception will follow. There will be a private family interment following the celebration, the family will join you shortly after.
