RUSSELL (Elgin) Suddenly, on Saturday, January 1, 2022, Elspeth Russell passed away. We would like to thank all the doctors and nurses at Dr Gray's Hospital for their care. Funeral service at W.G. Catto Funeral Home, on Thursday, January 13, at 11am, thereafter to Elgin Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, to the Ladybird Development Group.
