Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on September 10, 2021 aged 44 years.

Jason will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at Emstrey Crematorium on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 2pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Hope House Children's Hospice.
