KELLY Barbara ‘Babs’ passed away on September 16th, aged 84 years. Loving wife of the late John ‘Ned’. Mother of Ian and his wife Maureen, Sarah and her partner Gary, nana to Maisie, Elliot, Amelia and Ethan. Big sister to the late Shirley, late Margaret, late John, loving sister-in-law to Susan. Funeral service to be held at Ipswich Crematorium on Thursday, September 30th, at 1.15 p.m. and after the service at Venue 16 (previously named Gresham’s). Family flowers only, donations if desired in memory of Barbara, payable to St Elizabeth Hospice or British Heart Foundation c/o G M Taylor Independent Funeral Director, 27 Ulster Avenue, Ipswich, IP1 5JS. With loving memories of our dear Aunty Barbara. You will be sadly missed, always remembered and loved in our hearts forever. Thank you for being in the lives of me and brother Andrew for the past 47 years. I have lots of heart warming memories of all the laughs we used to have and will miss our long lunches in Ipswich and the family get-togethers we have had; it won't be the same without you and Uncle Ned. You have been like a surrogate mother to me over the years, and a great support, for which I am very grateful. I remember the help you used to give me at bingo when I went with you and mum years ago, making sure I didn't miss any numbers as it was going so quickly and the great Saturday nights out we had in the Retreat and Crown at Stowupland. Thinking of Ian, Sarah and families at this very sad time; our thoughts are with them all. With much love, Debbie, Andrew and partners Polly and Ray xxx
