le GASSICK (Logie) Cyril Norman, Lt Col, MBE, late R SIGNALS (Sandy), died on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at the age of 96 years, after a short illness. Much loved husband to Steve for 65 years, loving father to Stuart and Wendy, much loved Gran'pa of Alexander, Anne, Pip and Peter, supportive father and brother-in-law and uncle. After a distinguished Army career, he served as Grampian Regional Director for the National Trust for Scotland. Fisherman, golfer, artist and raconteur. Sadly missed by family and friends alike. His name will live forever in the Bletchley Park Roll of Honour for his work in Signals Intelligence during WW2. Private cremation and interment at his request. A celebration of his life will be held on July 16, 2021, at Inverurie Golf Club.
