Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on October 8, 2019, aged 80 years with her Children by her side.

Beloved Wife of Charlie Smith, beloved Mum of Gordon, Lesley, Susan and Mandy and a loving Nan and Great-Nan, Sister and Friend.

She will be missed by all her Family and Friends. Treasured memories.

Funeral Service 1.30pm, Friday November 1, 2019 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers by request but if desired donations which will be divided between the Community Respiratory Team, Telford and the Staff at Parkwood, would be appreciated.
