Passed away suddenly on May 19, 2019, at Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley, aged 53 years.

Loving Husband of Dawn, dearly loved Father of Tegan and Connor, much loved Son of Carole and Ronnie, Brother of Paul and Shaun, Brother-in-law of Karen, Rob, Michelle and Allison, Son-in-law of Mike and Janet and a much loved Uncle.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service at The Church of St Mary the Virgin, Alveley on Thursday, June 6 at 1pm, to be followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, for which purpose a collection box will be place at the Church.
