BROWN Alison, Doreen, Ian and Chris wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness following the sad loss of Arthur. We offer our heartfelt thanks to all family, friends and neighbours who visited our home, attended the service and who provided emotional and practical support during this difficult time. For those who telephoned, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, as well as those who made charitable donations, we are truly grateful. A special word of thanks to the staff at A. R. I. who cared for Dad, to the Rev. Sheila Craggs for her support and comforting service, to G. Burgess and Son Funeralcare and to the Buchan Hotel for the lovely tea. The generously donated £600 will be given to the Intensive Care Unit (Coronary Care) at A. R. I. Dad will be sadly missed.
