MIDDLETON Phyllis, Jane, Anne, John and families would like to thank friends, neighbours and family for the lovely letters, cards, flowers and visits following the recent sad loss of Sandy; they also wish to thank Drs. Jacobs and Iterbeke and all staff at Edzell Health Centre for their care of Sandy over the years; thanks also to the district nurses and the Enablement and Response Team for their outstanding care and support; thanks to the Rev. Brian Smith for his services and also to Emslie Collier for his help and guidance with the funeral arrangements.
