Passed away peacefully on November 6, 2015, aged 75 years.

Funeral Service 11am, on Monday, December 7, at Gornal Wood Crematorium and afterwards at the Dudley Arms, Himley.

Mom, what can I say, you are back with my loving Dad again, only this time you will never be parted.

I will miss you, you were so strong and courageous to the end.
