(Jack) The Family would sincerely like to thank everyone for their kindness, support, cards and messages of sympathy on the sad loss of our dear Dad and Grandad.

Thanks also to everyone for their attendance at the Funeral and for the kind donations amounting to £980 for The Alzheimer's Society.

Special thanks to the staff of Meole Unit at The Uplands and also Reverend Hannah Lins for conducting a lovely Service.

Finally, thanks to Frank Painter and Sons Funeral Directors, especially Alan Painter.
